  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Certain items (such as wearables, hygiene-related products, or customized goods) may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts/accessories.

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective/damaged.

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility for return.

  4. Approved returns will be collected by our courier partner or arranged at a designated drop-off point.


4. Refund Policy

  • Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be issued as follows:

    • For defective/incorrect items: A replacement or full refund will be provided.

    • For eligible returns (customer choice): Refunds will be issued in cash upon product pickup or as a credit note/voucher for future purchases.

  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part).


5. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
